Patient had implants that were too narrow for breasts with capsular contracture and a previous concentric breast lift that expanded. Dr. Fiala exchanged implants to more proportionate silicone gel under the muscle and re-performed her concentric breast lift.

Patient had previous saline implants under the muscle with "double bubble" deformity where the implant has slipped down past the crease at the base of the breast. Dr. Fiala exchanged her implants to silicone gel staying in the submuscular plane. He also lifted her implants by closing her pockets internally (capsulorraphy) and performing a concentric breast lift. Pt also had a tummy tuck and liposuction at the same time.
