Patient had developed scar tissue on both sides causing the implant on the right to fold, creating a "knuckle" like projection. The patient opted not to have a lift and only had the scar tissue removed along with an implant exchange.

Patient had implants placed to low making the inframmary crease visible. The pockets were raised and stiched up correcting the double crease and her implants were exchanged to larger silicone implants.

Pt wanted a larger implants for more cleavage and fullness on the top without having a lift. Implants were exchanged to larger saline High Profile style and pockets were moved up at base.
