Patient had large saline implants, above the muscle and scar tissue formation around both implants with significant drooping. A full breast lift was performed, the scar tissue was removed and old implants were exchanged to smaller saline implants and placed under the muscle.

Patient had saline implants with scar tissue formation around both implants with lateral pocket expansion. The scar tissue was removed and old implants were exchanged to larger silicone gel implants and both pockets were corrected for proper implant position.

Patient wanted more fullness and cleavage. Her old implants were exchanged for larger saline implants and the the pocekts were adjusted for correct positioning.

Patient had large implants placed over the muscle with significant scar tissue formation. Implants and scar tissue were removed completely and a full breast lift was performed. Pt had excellent scars, however, she opted for a tattoo to cover them.
