Patient had visible "rippling" from the sublandular saline implants and had hardness of her right breast. Her implants were exchanged to silicone gel and placed in the submuscular position to help with the appearance of ripples, her scar tissue was also removed at the same time.

Patient had large saline implants, above the muscle and scar tissue formation around both implants with significant drooping. A full breast lift was performed, the scar tissue was removed and old implants were exchanged to smaller saline implants and placed under the muscle.

Patient had saline implants with scar tissue formation around both implants with lateral pocket expansion. The scar tissue was removed and old implants were exchanged to larger silicone gel implants and both pockets were corrected for proper implant position.

Patient wanted more fullness and cleavage. Her old implants were exchanged for larger saline implants and the the pocekts were adjusted for correct positioning.
