Smooth silicone implants, 400cc in size, were placed beneath the pectoral muscle using a dual plane technique. A Keller funnel was used through a 4cm inframammary incision to reduce contact and assist in precise implant placement. At two months post-op, the breasts show proportional enhancement, clean contour lines, and a stable fold. There is no implant distortion or visible edge.
