For this procedure, 400cc smooth silicone implants were placed under the muscle through a 4cm inframammary incision. The dual plane approach was used to provide natural upper pole transitions and full lower pole development. A Keller funnel allowed efficient placement with minimal tissue disruption. Two-month photos show consistent fullness and symmetrical positioning. The PEC nerve block technique was also used to support patient comfort postoperatively.
