This patient received 400cc smooth silicone implants placed under the muscle using a dual plane technique. A 4cm inframammary incision allowed for clean access, with the Keller funnel assisting in sterile, low-contact implant insertion. Two months after surgery, the breasts show a rounded contour and consistent fullness across both sides. The inframammary fold remains intact, and there’s no edge visibility.
