Breast augmentation was performed using 500cc smooth silicone implants, placed using a dual plane approach through a 4cm inframammary incision. The Keller funnel supported precision during insertion. Implant size and width were carefully matched to the patient’s thoracic measurements to maintain proportion. Two-month post-op photos reveal soft, rounded volume with preserved nipple position and a natural slope.
