Patient had previous saline implants under the muscle with “double bubble” deformity where the implant has slipped down past the crease at the base of the breast. Dr. Fiala exchanged her implants to silicone gel staying in the submuscular plane. He also lifted her implants by closing her pockets internally (capsulorraphy) and performing a concentric breast lift. Pt also had a tummy tuck and liposuction at the same time.
