This patient was concerned about sagging in her face and neck area, along with excess skin on her upper eyelids. An extended high SMAS facelift was performed to address the facial sagging, with an eyelid lift to remove the excess skin. Spa treatments were used to rejuvenate her facial complexion. Results at two months show improvement in the treated areas while maintaining a natural appearance.
