Patient had large subglandular saline implants with capsular contracture that have drooped significantly. Dr. Fiala exchanged patients large round implants to smaller textured tear drop shaped saline implant and changed the plane from subglandular to submuscular. Removed the thick capsules around the implants and performed a standard full breast lift.
