This patient underwent an eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) to address concerns of eyelid heaviness and fatigue, which often gave her a tired appearance. The before image shows noticeable eyelid drooping and puffiness, which obscured her natural eyelid contour and made her eyes appear smaller.
