This patient sought breast augmentation to enhance breast volume and improve overall body proportions. Dr. Fiala used 300cc silicone implants, placed using the dual plane technique via an inframammary incision. The Keller funnel allowed for precise, minimal-touch insertion. Two-month follow-up images reveal natural cleavage and soft contour.
