This patient underwent breast augmentation with 400cc smooth silicone implants. Implants were inserted through a 4cm inframammary incision using a Keller funnel, then positioned with a dual plane approach beneath the pectoral muscle. At two months, results include a natural-looking slope and soft contour with no visible implant borders. The PEC nerve block was utilized to support a smoother recovery process.
