This patient received 500cc smooth silicone implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle using the dual plane technique. A 4cm inframammary incision allowed for direct access, and the Keller funnel was used to support sterile, no-touch insertion. Two months postoperatively, the implants show full lower pole development and soft upper contour without edge visibility.
