This case features a female patient who sought breast revision surgery to address concerns about asymmetry and implant position from a previous augmentation. The before image displays noticeable asymmetry and a higher placement of the left implant. Our surgical approach focused on correcting these issues to achieve a more balanced and natural appearance. The after image demonstrates the successful realignment and resizing of the implants, resulting in improved symmetry and contour.
