This case features a female patient who sought breast revision surgery to address concerns about the appearance and feel of her previous augmentation. The before image displays her initial condition, characterized by asymmetry and dissatisfaction with the implant size and positioning. Our surgical approach focused on correcting these issues to achieve a more natural and symmetrical appearance, as seen in the after image. The revision involved replacing the old implants with new ones that better suited her body frame and aesthetic goals, along with adjustments to the implant pockets for improved positioning.
