This patient experienced heavy upper eyelids and under-eye bags that created a fatigued appearance. She chose upper and lower blepharoplasty to address these aging concerns around her eyes. The eyelid surgery involved removing excess tissue and repositioning fat to create smoother eye contours. Two-month post-operative photos show decreased heaviness in the upper lids and reduction of lower eyelid puffiness. Upper and lower eyelid surgery can help patients with similar eye area concerns achieve refreshed results.
