This patient had drooping upper eyelids and puffiness under her eyes that made her appear tired. Upper and lower eyelid lifts were performed to remove the excess skin and fat deposits. The procedure addressed both the sagging upper lids and under-eye bags she was concerned about. Results shown at two months post-surgery demonstrate improved eyelid contours with reduced puffiness and better upper eyelid definition.
