This patient desired a moderate volume increase to better complement her body frame. Dr. Fiala performed breast augmentation with 300cc silicone implants using the dual plane method. Implants were placed through an inframammary incision using the Keller funnel to maintain cleanliness and reduce handling. At two months post-op, photos show soft contour, enhanced fullness, and proportionate shaping. A PEC pectoral nerve block was used during surgery to aid in post-operative comfort.
