Smooth silicone implants, 400cc in size, were selected based on chest width and soft tissue considerations. They were placed below the muscle using the dual plane approach, inserted via a 4cm inframammary incision using a Keller funnel. At two months, the breast shape is consistent with soft edges and preserved fold position. The implants complement the patient’s frame without appearing overly prominent.
