Breast augmentation was completed using 400cc smooth silicone implants through an inframammary incision. Dr. Fiala used the dual plane technique and Keller funnel to reduce tissue disruption. Two months after surgery, the result shows well-supported projection and a smooth, sloping upper pole. The implants sit symmetrically with no distortion or edge visibility.
