This augmentation used 500cc smooth silicone implants placed through an inframammary incision with the assistance of a Keller funnel. The implants were positioned under the muscle using the dual plane method, allowing controlled shaping of the upper and lower poles. At two months, the breast contours appear symmetrical and well-defined, with no visible implant edges or signs of malposition.
