This patient presented with breast ptosis and desired both lift and augmentation. The procedure combined mastopexy with placement of FDA approved implants to restore volume and improve shape. The lift addressed the sagging while the implants enhanced overall breast fullness. Results shown at two months post-surgery demonstrate improved breast position and contour. The patient achieved her goal of a more youthful breast appearance with better projection and symmetry.
