This patient presented with a smaller breast size and desired a proportionate enhancement. Dr. Fiala used 300cc silicone implants inserted via a 4cm inframammary incision using the Keller funnel. The dual plane technique supported a smooth transition between implant and tissue. At the two-month mark, photos show increased fullness and improved upper pole contour.
